Fudgesicles

You don’t need any fancy equipment to make healthy refreshing popsicles.  Use fresh fruit, fruit juice or a mixture of flavors to limit sugar and avoid artificial colors found in many store bought pops.  Mix and match and make the flavors POP!

Strawberry and Watermelon Pops

These pops prove all you need are paper cups and little sticks to make your pops.  The combo of strawberries and watermelon is perfect and very Summer appropriate, you can even add some rum for a grown up version.

Continuing on the fruit pops, you can make these beautiful orange colored pops with cantaloupe and mango.

Watermelon Pops

Watermelon as a base for pops is popular, probably because it is sweet and easy to puree and you never have to worry about what to do with the rest of that huge watermelon if you turn it into pops.

Pineapple Popsicles

If you haven’t tried pineapple in your pop you are missing out.  Would be great mixed with coconut milk for a pina colada pop.

Soy Yogurt Fruit Pops

All you need is soy yogurt and fruit to make these tasty popsicles.  Filled protein and fiber, you will love giving these to your kids.

Invisible Cookie Dough Ice Pops

For those that want something a little more decadent than fruit pops, we have these unique flavored cookie dough pops.  You will be surprised how much a frozen pop can taste like cookie dough.

90 Calorie Fudge Bar

Another decadent treat, but still low in calories and can easily be made dairy free. These fudge pops are rich and chocolatey and will satisfy your chocolate craving.
